Ryan Brown

Master Photographic Craftsman, Ryan Brown, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography from The University of Central Missouri. Calling Kansas City home, he loves to travel wherever and whenever to be outdoors and in nature.

Ryan started his career right after college graduation assisting as a wedding photographer before opening his retail studio. Throughout this time, he earned the Master Photographer and Master Artist degrees for his images and the Photographic Craftsman degree for educating photographers. In 2012 Ryan closed his retail studio and became a Technical Representative for the camera lens manufacturer, Sigma. For six years Ryan traveled nationally teaching photographers about portrait photography and lens technology. In early 2018, he left Sigma to become a District Sales Representative for Canon USA. Today Ryan sells Canon cameras, lenses, and printers to midwestern camera stores while creating images every chance he gets.

Ryan’s work can be found periodically at exhibitions and galleries nationally. Previous notable exhibits include the International Loan Collection and The America The Beautiful Exhibit at Washington's Dulles Airport.
